i try to create a new exchanger with my token but no matter what i do, after inserting the values, the create new exchanger button keeps in active so it cant be created. am i doing some thing wrong?

A screenshot would help us understand more easily what the problem is.
Make sure you have enough tokens (WAVES, BTC, TDX…) to pay fees.
Start creating a sales order and see if it works.
Regarding purchase orders, check that you are in possession of the currency with which you want to buy your token.
