This tx looks criminal but it is on the blockchain.
How it is become a legal one? And how to interpert it on a balance calculation?

@peterz did the fix https://github.com/wavesplatform/Waves/pull/1363/files, the patch is already available on TESTNET.
Ok, TESTNET was reverted back, there is no problematic txs anymore, thanks.
